Local Residents (15–17) Interest:
We are looking for a local resident aged 15–17 and curious about joining our team - we'd love to hear from you!
Each season brings a variety of roles across the resort — from working on the mountain with our lifts, snowsports, or operations teams, to supporting our guests in retail, hospitality, or guest services. Whatever your background or interests, there may be a role that's a great fit for you.

With casual, part-time, and full-time positions available, whether you're experienced in the industry or simply looking to try something new, there could be a place for you on our team this winter.
Requirements:
To be eligible, applicants must be 15–17 years old as at 1 June 2026, live locally under parental supervision during their employment, reside within the Alpine Shire or Omeo area, and preferably be attending a local school.
Junior Employment Opportunities Age:
