About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering great customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Our team is expanding and we're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team!
As part of our close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for assisting both internal and external customers, processing orders and warranty claims, managing enquiries, and ensuring the highest level of support and satisfaction across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in person.
A Day in the life
•Responding to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat & social media
•Resolving product and delivery queries quickly and professionally
•Processing orders, returns, credits, and warranty claims accurately
•Supporting the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and e-Commerce teams
•Updating customer records in NetSuite and Salesforce
•Flagging product or website issues to the relevant internal team
•Greeting visitors and assisting with online order pickups
About You
We’re after someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine love for customer service. Ideally, you’ll have:
•Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Great attention to detail and accuracy
•Confidence working both independently and within a team
•Tech-savviness with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
•A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
•A love for the outdoor lifestyle
