The Role.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position is based in Townsville and offers a diverse and challenging work environment. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various departments while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception duties and managing communications (telephone, email, and facsimile).
Processing and invoicing galvanizing work accurately and promptly.
Maintaining office supplies.
Supporting Workplace Health & Safety initiatives, including risk assessments and WH&S documentation.
General administrative support, including data entry, record maintenance, and archiving.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
The ability to make quick, effective decisions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred).
