Mental Health Team Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to lead a multidisciplinary mental health team in Rockhampton.
This role involves leading and managing a team of mental health professionals, innovating services, and transforming lives every day. The ideal candidate will have qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, providing advanced clinical leadership, and developing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing resources, staff development, and service delivery.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant clinical post-registration and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant profession or Mental Health or Alcohol and Other Drugs.
