We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team (trades and services industry). Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support including data entry, document and workflow management.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
* Assist with scheduling bookings, appointments, meetings, and employee arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
* Support accounts and payroll processing (basic bookkeeping tasks).
* Assist with customer service and client communications.
* Learn and use office software (MS Office, Xero & SIMPRO systems).
* Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
* No formal experience required (training provided); entry-level candidates welcome.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Reliable, ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to task deadlines.
* Certificate in Business Administration (desirable but not mandatory).
