Job Description:
As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance activities across our complex treatment assets and schemes. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and addressing safety improvements, providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day maintenance activities, and managing resourcing and the implementation, planning and delivery of civil, general and maintenance activities.
You will be expected to develop, coach and motivate your team to provide quality delivery of maintenance activities, while maintaining a positive safety-focused culture and promoting continuous improvement.
A strong trade background in Mechanical or Electrical / Instrumentation is essential, along with a current electrical licence if applicable. A Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent is also required.
