We're looking for an experienced Administrator to support the day‐to‐day operations of our busy electrical business. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can keep the office running smoothly while supporting both management and field technicians.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating project timelines, documentation, and progress tracking
* Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
* Managing daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
* Supporting project managers with procurement, contractor coordination, and compliance requirements
* Improving internal processes and ensuring accurate, timely information flow across the team
Qualifications
* Strong administrative experience in a busy, project‐driven environment
* High‐level Excel capability and confidence working with data
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience supporting project managers or coordinating projects (preferred)
* Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
