As a **Sessional Trainer** you will plan and deliver professional and engaging training, you will develop training material including assessments and learning material and you will assess learner competencies and conduct training reviews to determine the individual needs of clients.

**About You!**:
As a **Sessional Trainer** you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. Have you got what it takes?
- Essential Requirements:_
- Qualifications in either of the following below, along with currency in any of the industries:
- Building and Construction
- Warehouse
- Hospitality
- First aid
- Health Care
- Retail
- Housekeeping
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel is required
- Strong administration and office management skills
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
