Senior Financial Director
The organisation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to lead all financial and corporate services functions.
This key role involves driving strategic planning, governance, and risk management while overseeing the organisation's digital transformation.
* Partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop and implement business strategies, projects, and systems.
* Lead the finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for a high SKU organisation.
* Provide strategic leadership across Information Technology (IT) and technology functions ensuring robust digital infrastructure, effective system integrations, data integrity, cybersecurity oversight, and future-focused technology investment that supports growth.
Requirements:
A qualified CA/CPA with at least 10 years in a senior financial leadership role is required. Ideally, this candidate will have experience working within a complex, multi-site, or fast-scaling environment.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with commercial acumen and brings strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
