The opportunity.
Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, we are seeking another Learning Partner to support our purpose and the delivery of our learning strategy! This position will ensure our members can count on us by playing a key role in supporting capability and talent development, driving initiatives that elevate our people through the hands-on creation and delivery of learning solutions.
**This key role will be responsible for**:
- Designing and maintaining a broad range of learning solutions (spanning compliance, product, professional development and systems) for delivery using different modes including face-to-face, virtual, eLearning and webinars.
- Supporting capability and talent development through enhancement of new employee onboarding, bespoke training programs and leadership development.
- Delivery of learning solutions to ensure stakeholders are proactively engaged and regulatory and operational requirements are met.
- Resolving employee and people leader queries about learning and providing advice and assistance as needed.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- At least three years' relevant experience in learning partnering/advisory or OD role within a corporate environment.
- A relevant qualification in adult learning or workplace training/or related studies in Learning/OD will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated end to end learning development experience (i.e. needs analysis, content design and development, delivery coordination and facilitation, assessment, and evaluation).
- The ability to analyse data and prepare reports that deliver valued insights to support continued growth and learning.
- The ability to understand organisational development needs & deliver creative solutions.
- Creating and maintaining content using web-based authoring tools (Articulate) and maintaining learning management systems (experience with ELMO) would be advantageous.
You have the ability to work collaboratively d flexibly with the People & Capability team and employees across the bank. An excellent communicator with the ability to connect with employees and stakeholders, your ability to provide sound advice and convey complex issues in simple terms is exceptional.
