About the Role
We're looking for experienced Construction Supervisors to lead infrastructure projects in remote WA. If you have a strong track record in frontline leadership, managing teams, and driving projects to successful completion, we'd love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
* Champion safety on site and promote an incident-free culture.
* Lead or attend daily Supervisor and pre-start meetings.
* Manage the performance of direct labour and subcontractors.
* Oversee site operations to meet project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
* Manage the allocation and utilization of equipment, materials, and manpower.
* Regularly review and update construction plans, addressing discrepancies.
* Implement quality control measures and inspections to meet industry standards.
* Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and on-site teams.
* Act as a liaison between on-site teams and management to ensure seamless information flow.
* Lead by example, adhering to company standards for conduct.
* Maintain accurate daily records and reports on site activities and progress.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years supervision experience. Strong experience in construction / civil preferred
* Strong supervisory and people management skills
* Must be able to read and interpret plans/drawings and as constructed drawings
* First aid and CPR certification
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and quality control standards
