About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Scaffolder Inspector for a permanent full-time position at Lytton Refinery.
This newly approved position has been introduced to support site management and improve the quality and compliance of scaffolding operations.
You'll be responsible for scaffold inspections, coordination, and compliance across a busy operational site, working closely with the execution team to ensure safe and efficient scaffold activities. Advanced Modular Scaffolding experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Inspection and compliance of scaffold erections and modifications
* Maintain accurate records in company and client systems (e.g., HCL Notes, CyberOffice)
* Monitor scaffolding inventory storage and testing compliance
* Liaise with client and internal teams to meet safety and quality standards
* Identify and resolve issues that may affect project outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Advanced Scaffolding ticket (mandatory)
* Scaffolding Inspection Certificate (or equivalent)
* White Card
* Confined Space Entry
* Working at Heights
* Gas Test Atmospheres (GTA) (or willingness to obtain)
* HSE background desired
Desirable:
* Advanced Rigging
* IRATA Rope Access Level 1/2/3
Experience & Competencies:
* Demonstrated experience with modular scaffold systems
* Minimum 2 years' experience in scaffold inspection, ideally within oil & gas
* Solid understanding of scaffold standards, safety compliance, and risk management
* Computer skills to support reporting and documentation
* Effective communicator and strong team collaborator
