UniSC Clinical Trials is looking for motivated casual team members to support participant recruitment and enrolment.
Responsibilities
* Engage potential participants via phone, text, email, and social media.
* Provide clear information about clinical trials and answer questions to support informed participation.
* Conduct pre‑screening questions over the phone to assess initial eligibility and book clinic screening appointments.
* Accurately record data in secure systems while maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Collaborate with team members to balance workload and support administrative tasks.
* Work with stakeholders across the network to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
* Contribute to meeting or exceeding participant recruitment and enrolment targets.
About you
You are organized, personable, and enjoy engaging with people. You take pride in accuracy and confidentiality, are comfortable working with data systems, and thrive in both independent and team‑based tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, administration, or participant engagement roles.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
* Confidence using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
