What We're Looking For In You
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) with HLTHPS006 (Assist Clients with Medication Skill Set)
Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
Genuine empathy that shines through your care
Strong communication and leadership skills
A true team player who thrives on collaboration
Passion for continuous learning and improvement
Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
Excellent time management and tech skills
Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
About The Role
Provide daily personal care and support to residents
Keep accurate records and documentation
Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
Need reliable candidates available weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time
