Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyse project controls requirements and define business rules that guide tool configuration and deployment.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of integrated project control systems, including cost, schedule, and risk management tools.
- Work closely with software developers, data engineers, and digital services teams to ensure solutions align with project delivery needs.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of project control tools.
- Contribute to the development of scalable deployment processes and governance frameworks for digital project controls.
About You
The key skills for this role include:
- Sound understanding of project controls processes including cost control, scheduling risk management, contract management and earned value management (EVM).
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows and translating them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Educated to a bachelor's level in business, engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project delivery as a project manager or project controller on infrastructure projects.
