We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents at our Sale VIC facility.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive resident assessments to identify care needs through admissions and ongoing evaluations.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care delivery in accordance with organisational policies.
* Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required for your shift, contributing to income maximisation.
* Assist in implementing and evaluating resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.
* Administer medications and ensure correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures in line with organisational policies.
Essential Requirements
* Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience preferably in aged care.
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
* Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain.
* Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation processes.
