NDIS Service Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to take on a pivotal role managing Supported Independent Living (SIL), Complex Care, and Community Programs. Join a values-driven organisation known for quality service and participant satisfaction.
About the role:
As Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of our SIL and community services, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, and lead a team of passionate support workers. You'll work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to make sure supports are personalised and impactful.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage SIL and community-based programs
Supervise and support staff including recruitment and performance management
Oversee compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
Collaborate with participants and families on support plans
Maintain budgets, reporting, and quality frameworks
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and providers
What we're looking for:
Strong experience in disability services leadership
Experience in a service manager role (or equivalent)
Deep understanding of the NDIS, especially SIL
Relevant qualifications (Community Services, Leadership, or similar)
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
A supportive, proactive, and team-focused approach
Other requirements:
Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC/Blue Card, and Police Check
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Important to know:
On-call roster rotation with phone support required.
