Leadership Role: Assistant Director
We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as an Assistant Director. This role is a key position in building a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our commitments are embedded across all that we do.
About the Role:
* Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the centre.
* Guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.
* Actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.
Responsibilities:
* Livestock daily core values - role modelling and embracing them in daily practice.
* Build genuine and positive relationships with our amazing team, children, and their families.
* Listen and collaborate with the team to turn feedback into action.
Requirements:
* A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
* A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
* A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
* A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
