Job Title: HR Payroll Consultant - Sydney
About the Job:
As a seasoned technical consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining JDE HR, Payroll, and related systems. You will work closely with existing BAU resources, product owners, and business analysts to understand functional requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
* Development, maintenance, and management of products and solutions, including identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation approaches
* Engage with internal functions and external bodies to understand the wider ecosystem impacting the product area
* Ensure solutions align with agreed product roadmaps and feature requirements
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in JDE Packages
* At least 5 years of exposure to HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes in NZ
* Strong understanding of NZ Payroll and wage calculation
* Hands-on experience with life cycle implementation of JDE HR, Payroll, Vertex, EDI, and interfaces
* Good knowledge of month-end and year-end processing
* Understanding of salary slip processing for NZ region
* Strong SQL knowledge for data reporting and analysis
* Application integration development, maintenance, and support services
* Experience with ITIL processes
* Knowledge of Agile development
