7. 2+ years experience in hospitality in an allergen and dietary aware environment
8. Able to use own initiative to improve results and exceed expectations
9. Talent and drive to work unsupervised and to be self motivated
10. Excellent knowledge of safe kitchen procedures and operations
11. Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
12. Able to hold a blue card
