Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced Telco environment? We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead the end-to-end change journey across a major transformation program. This role suits someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and can drive adoption with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management planning and delivery using established methodologies
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to build strong engagement and alignment
Drive process embedment and adoption, including:
Training strategy and planning
Training needs analysis and development
Adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working
Design and deliver training materials and learning experiences to support effective transition
Develop and execute targeted communication strategies that enable awareness, understanding, and buy-in
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness checks, measurement, and reporting
Apply Human-Centred Design principles to create meaningful employee and customer experiences
Work collaboratively with Change functions to ensure consistent and integrated change delivery
About You
Proven ability to drive embedding and adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours
Demonstrated capability in training strategy, learning needs analysis, and training delivery
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working with or within Change Management Teams
Telco industry experience (highly desirable)
Comfortable working at pace and building rapid credibility across diverse teams
