The Opportunity

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Sales Manager. They will be responsible for creating value for our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while contributing to a positive team environment. This role suits someone who enjoys work variety and providing customers with the highest level of service.

About You
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Business Development – actively seeking new areas of growth for our product range
* Establishing and growing a customer network within targeted geographic locations
* Delivering first-class customer service consistently
* Collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
* Communicating effectively with all departments and branches
* Appraising and valuing machinery for trade-in or purchase
* Representing the company at field days and demonstration events
* Ensuring timely and accurate sales administration
* Performing other duties as required by management
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in agricultural sales
* Demonstrated sales achievements
* A proactive approach and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage workload, be accountable, reliable, and provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
* Excellent time management and teamwork skills, with initiative and a positive attitude
* A passion for farming and the agricultural industry
* High computer literacy
* Valid and current driver’s license
