Project Lead Position
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced project leader to deliver a diverse portfolio of capital works projects across various locations. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project briefs, design specifications, tender documents, budgets, and project plans;
* Oversee contractor and consultant selection, induction, supervision, and performance;
* Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance, providing regular reports to stakeholders;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field;
* Construction White Card and Class C Driver's Licence;
* Minimum 7 years' senior project management experience, preferably in local government, with a strong track record delivering multidisciplinary capital works projects;
