located beautifully in the North - West Coast of Tasmania

The role:
You will play a key role in supporting services to meet and exceed the
Aged Care Quality Standards
, strengthening clinical practice and building staff capability through education, auditing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver education programs aligned to the
Aged Care Quality Standards
* Support services with accreditation, audits, and ongoing compliance activities
* Support incident management, feedback, complaints, and quality improvement plans
* Contribute to policy review, procedure development, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor and respond to legislative and regulatory changes within aged care
About You
* Current
Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
registration
* Demonstrated experience in
residential aged care
, preferably in a quality, education, or senior clinical role
* Strong working knowledge of the
Aged Care Quality Standards
and accreditation processes
* Confident educator with the ability to engage, influence, and support multidisciplinary teams
* Strong documentation, organisational, and time-management skills
* Passion for improving resident outcomes and staff capability
