Key Professional in Contractor Oversight
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee contractor management and ensure full compliance with contracts and cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, experience in contractor management, and advanced analytical skills. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to enhance contract value and drive business outcomes.
The selected individual will work closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to integrate data and technology to identify future contracting opportunities. They will also develop and train site contract owners, procurement and finance business partners to understand and drive contractor management best practice.

This role is located in Central Queensland, and the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that challenges itself to use existing and emerging technology to support 24-hour operations.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality contractor management solutions to enhance contract value and drive business outcomes.
* Work closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to integrate data and technology to identify future contracting opportunities.
* Develop and train site contract owners, procurement and finance business partners to understand and drive contractor management best practice.
* Ensure full compliance with contracts and cost efficiency.
* Manage the framework for our Management of Change and Productivity systems.
Requirements:
* Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in identifying financial opportunities.
* Contractor management experience.
* Advanced analytical skillset - Excel, Power BI, MiniTab etc.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Team-orientated approach to delivery of strategic priorities.
* Strong SAP and (P2P) Purchase to Pay knowledge.
* Effective presentation skills and ability to present strategic information.
