About the role
Vector Health is seeking an A-player Senior or Lead Physiotherapist to provide excellence in clinical care and who either has been in a position of leadership or is interested in growing leadership as part of a career trajectory.
Working closely with the Practice Manager, Clinical Director and Managing Director, you will help to mentor a team of highly skilled, committed and passionate people who help people transform their self-belief and physical capacity everyday.
Vector Health is a multi-site clinic, with an integrated model blending physiotherapy, exercise physiology and strength and conditioning.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualised treatment plans for clients
* Delivering hands-on physiotherapy treatments to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals
* Educating clients on their condition and providing advice on self-management strategies
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
* Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in compliance with professional standards
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and procedures
What we're looking for
* A university degree in Physiotherapy and current Australian AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* Excellent hands-on assessment and treatment skills across a range of physiotherapy disciplines
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
* Enthusiasm for working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
* Interested in growth especially within clinical leadership
