Senior Financial Accountant / Rockingham / Permanent / $140,000 - $150,000 / Bonuses / Flexible Working
A leading national manufacturing business are looking to recruit a skilled Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. Solid growth over the past few years, which has led to the role being recruited. The role will provide broad exposure across the group and will play a key role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Senior Financial Accountant's key duties will include:
- Lead and execute month end and year end closing processes including accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that will aid in key decision making
- Coordination and support of quarterly and annual audits
- Preparation of BAS & PAYG
- Analysis of payroll expenses, reconciliations and journals
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Driving process improvements and supporting systems initiatives
- Business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Supervising and coaching junior team members
- Experience of being in a similar role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven at improving processes
- Confident with systems including excel
