As a Manager with our firm, you will play a key role in helping some of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms navigate complex deals.
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team, where you will help identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during and after the transaction.

* Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
* Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders. Based on your analysis, write up your findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
* Identify business development opportunities and assist partners on proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
* Capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
