Kooco Espresso Nerang is a standard community coffee shop. We are currently seeking qualified chefs to join our dynamic team. Applicants must be passionate and capable of working in a busy team environment.
**We are looking for team members who are passionate about the industry and food.**
**Experience:**
* Chef: 2 years (preferred)
**Work Eligibility:**
* Permanent work rights with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident) (preferred)
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, season, and cook food according to instructions, accommodating dietary requirements when necessary
* Follow recipes and presentation standards
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
* Store food in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
* Manage kitchen food inventory accurately, check daily usage, and place orders as needed
**Working Hours:**
* 20-30hours per week
**Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday, lunch shifts
* Weekends and public holidays off
