About the Role
* You will be responsible for managing lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes.
* Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers is also a key aspect of this role.
* You will interpret basic policy coverage and determine if coverage applies to claims submitted.
* Receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims will also be a key responsibility.
* You will authorise payment within scope of authority, settle claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensure timely issuance of disbursements.
* In addition, you will identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arrange investigations.
About You
* A relevant qualification and/or experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
* You must have strong customer service skills with excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Strong negotiation, organisational, and time management skills are essential for this role.
* A quick learner who is comfortable with technology is also required.
