Role Description
The Senior Property Portfolio Manager will oversee the efficient management of a portfolio of properties, including conducting inspections, addressing maintenance requests, resolving tenant and landlord issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Launceston, TAS, and requires excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Property management experience, including portfolio management and client relations
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
* Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in property management
* Technical proficiency with property management software and basic office tools
* Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members
* Valid driver's licence
* Desirable qualifications: Current Property Representative licence and prior experience in the Tasmanian property market
