In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the delivery of Transport for NSW's enterprise wide supplier relationship and risk management strategies. You will contribute to the implementation of supplier risk frameworks, data analytics and reporting processes that help strengthen supply chain resilience, ensure compliance and enable proactive risk management across supplier portfolios.
This role will see you monitoring supplier performance, analysing risk related data and supporting ESG and social procurement commitments. You will provide insights that help identify and mitigate risks, enhance supplier capability and improve efficiency and continuity across the supply chain. You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities that uplift data integrity, strengthen reporting accuracy and support consistent risk management practices organisation wide.

About you
You have demonstrated experience in supplier risk, procurement, contract management or supply chain management within a large or complex organisation. With strong analytical and problem solving skills, you are confident in conducting risk assessments, interpreting data and preparing clear and actionable risk reporting.
You bring a solid understanding of NSW Government procurement frameworks, risk management principles and relevant compliance requirements. You work collaboratively with stakeholders to support proactive risk mitigation and strengthen supply chain resilience, and you contribute effectively to cross functional initiatives.
Your well developed communication and engagement skills enable you to explain risk insights clearly, foster strong working relationships and influence stakeholders to adopt evidence based risk management practices. You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or bring equivalent professional experience that demonstrates strong capability in supplier risk, procurement or supply chain management. You also understand the governance, probity and compliance requirements that underpin effective public sector procurement and supplier risk management.
