About Our Role
Our expansion in Newcastle is progressing with new offices, further development of our Industrial, Structural, and Civil teams, and numerous project opportunities.
We are seeking a Principal or Senior-level engineer interested in supporting both local and national Ports and Marine projects within a privately owned consulting firm. The ability and desire to develop client relationships and grow successful teams are highly valued.
About You
1. Tertiary qualifications in Structural or Marine Engineering
2. Extensive consulting experience across projects such as:
* Jetties, wharves, cranes, mooring analysis, and other ports projects
* Coastal infrastructure including erosion control, breakwaters, and ramps
3. Willingness to work across multiple sectors including Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure
4. Proven ability to establish relationships with external stakeholders and our national team, fostering knowledge sharing beyond regional boundaries
