Specialising in inner-city suburbs, you'll join a high-performing, forward-thinking team renowned for its innovative strategies in engaging with Vendors and Buyers.
Retainer: $65,000 (neg) + lucrative commissions
Salary or retainer or commission only options available for discussion.
The Role:
* Listing & Selling Houses
* Vendor reports.
* Communicating and providing instructions to VA's, reception and customer care team.
* Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries.
* Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins.
* Buyer management.
* All open for inspections & private viewings.
* Organising campaigns for listing launches.
* Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement.
* Assist in the signing of REIV documentation.
* Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.).
* Attend all required property auctions.

The Candidate:
* A minimum of 2 years of Real Estate sales experience
* A desire to develop your career through great training and support
* The ability to list properties
* Effective negotiation and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Be passionate about real estate sales and property
* Current Agents Rep certificate and police check
* Current Driver's License and own car
