We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Chadstone store.
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane brand, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
As Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to meet store targets and KPIs.
Day in the Life
1. Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
2. Recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning your team – we promote from within!
3. Managing daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
4. Rostering your team in line with store trading hours
5. Customer Focus: Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience and engage the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations.
6. Innovation: Challenge the status quo and ensure the store presents an exceptional shopping environment through effective merchandising.
7. Success Mindset: Seek opportunities for people development, profitability, and process improvement, and never give up on achieving goals.
8. Teamwork: Inspire and mentor your team to drive performance and growth, fostering a collaborative environment.
9. Accountability: Take personal responsibility for results and growth, motivate your team to meet targets, and manage profitability through effective rostering and inventory control.
