Opportunity snapshot: An exciting, permanent opportunity has become available for a Business Intelligence & Reporting ManagerReporting to the Head of Business Intelligence & Reporting, Business Intelligence Manager contributes to the realisation of value from our Bupa data transformation, establish and deliver our Health Insurance data strategy, and continuously improve data insights and advanced analytics within the business. The role is both a management and a hands-on execution role and requires a collaborative, value driven manager that deeply understands the complex technical environments and toolsets available required to achieve outcomes with data, working in complex, ambiguous and challenging situations while engaging with senior leaders. How will I help? •Leading and executing on stakeholder Data & Analytics requirements •Establishing, overseeing, and delivering key data reports, extracts and process improvements to ensure that the HI business can respond quickly to changing market demands. •Supporting a team of operational data analysts that maintain 400+ reports, driving continuous improvement. •Development of data solutions that meet the stakeholder expectations and align with the data strategy for Bupa Health Insurance. •Management of a pipeline of work Analytics across Health Insurance What do I need? •Highly experienced in data analytics, data quality, data warehousing and reporting •Strong business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to engage stakeholders at all levels •Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, present to large groups, teach technical concepts, and coach. •Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field •5+ years technical knowledge and skills across the Microsoft Data Platform•Strong experience using Microsoft Power BI•Extensive hands-on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data Key relationships •Bupa Health Insurance General Managers•Bupa Health Insurance Head of departments•Bupa Data Program Business Owners•Bupa Data Program delivery teams•Broader Bupa Data & Analytics community What’s in it for me?
