We're partnered with a leading contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up data center and mission critical projects across the country. This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on field leader who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
In this role, you'll:
* Supervise all field operations on ground-up data center and mission critical projects
* Manage projects valued at $25M+ from start to finish
* Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met
* Travel nationwide on a full-time schedule, managing multiple high-profile projects
We're looking for candidates with:
* 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large ground-up data center or mission critical projects
* Proven success managing budgets of $25M+
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Willingness and ability to maintain a full nationwide travel schedule
