Unite Construction are proud to be partnering with a Brisbane based head contractor who are currently scaling up their business and are set to deliver their largest new build project to date.
Due to the direction the business are heading in they are seeking an experienced Brisbane based site manager to deliver an upcoming multi-story commercial office build south of Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site activities and operations for the project
* Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure outcomes are being achieved in quality and safety
* On-site coordination and management of construction teams including trades, labourers and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety documentation
* Reviewing scope of works and providing input
* Ensure that the project is running to program and milestones are being met
Key Skills/Qualifications Required:
* Open Builders Supervision licence
* Strong trade background and proven track record
* Previous project experience delivering a multi-story commercial build highly beneficial
* High level of communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong work-ethic with a true emphasis on quality and safety
* In-depth knowledge of the Australian and in particular Queensland construction market
* Solid level of computer literacy ideally with experience using software such as Procore
Salary:
Circa $200,000 inc super
