Your Day as a Technical Internal Sales & Customer Care Specialist

In this Technical Internal Sales & Customer Care Specialist position, you'll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and the external sales team.

* Providing technical support and advice on generators and small engine power systems
* Processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing warranty claims
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email with accuracy and professionalism
* Coordinating logistics and delivery schedules to meet tight deadlines
* Maintaining records and communications through CRM and ERP systems
* Supporting the external sales team with reporting and customer follow-ups
