This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the major transformation currently shaping the energy sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and open‐minded Electrical Engineer for the Senior Sales Engineer or Sales Manager role — either with existing sales experience in the power‐generation sector or with strong communication skills and eager to transition into a Sales role. This role offers the chance to work in interdisciplinary, international teams on complex, long‐cycle sales opportunities that require vision, perseverance, and a structured approach.

Working within a small Power team and reporting to the Head of Sales, Australia & Oceania, you will be responsible for:

* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
* Identifying and developing sales opportunities for Everllence Power Plant products in the Australian market, managing opportunities from early engagement through to contract finalisation and handover to the project execution team, including maintaining the pipeline in our CRM system.
* Collaborating with Sales, Tendering, Engineering, and other departments in Australia and at our German headquarters to develop sales strategies and prepare winning bids and proposals.
* Confidently presenting our solutions to customers and stakeholders.
* Staying informed on product developments, competitive activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
* Achieving sales targets and objectives for the Australian market.
* Travelling interstate and overseas approximately 30–40 days per year.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* An Electrical Engineering degree (ideally) or a relevant trade qualification in the power‐generation industry.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong customer‐service orientation.
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in the Australian market, ideally within the power‐generation sector.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
* Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams with a cooperative and responsible working style.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Willingness and ability to travel 30–40 days per year.
* Quality and safety oriented.
* Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a valid passport.
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Australian permanent residency, or a valid Australian work visa with no restrictions on hours or work location.
* Current residence in Sydney or Perth at the time of application.
* If successful, complete a pre‐employment background check and pre-employment medical assessment (both paid by the Company).
