About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Property Manager responsible for the efficient and effective management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
* Build strong relationships with tenants and owners, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage leases, rent reviews, renewals, and ensure documentation compliance.
* Oversee rent collection and arrears management in line with lease terms.
* Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, legal, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate property records.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Real Estate experience
* A Certificate of Registration
* A current and valid driver's licence
* Previous experience in the real estate industry
* Good communication skills and a professional presentation
* Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit, experienced team
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
