Digital plays a critical role in how we connect with members and grow our community.Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Zap & Jetts NZ, this is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on driving member acquisition and revenue growth across Australia, while also providing some additional support to the Barry's business. You'll take ownership of the full paid media lifecycle; from campaign strategy and platform setup through to optimisation, reporting, and continuous A/B testing.This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly in the platforms, applying a test-and-learn mindset to continuously optimise performance and drive measurable growth. You'll bring a curiosity for improvement, using A/B testing and performance insights to refine campaigns, enhance conversion, and unlock incremental gains across both paid and organic channels.Working closely with the Zap & Barry's Marketing Managers, as well as Creative, Production, and Lifecycle teams, you'll help shape how campaigns come to life and perform - ensuring a strong connection between audience, creative, and conversion.This role would suit someone who is commercially aware, analytically strong, and motivated by seeing their work translate into real, measurable outcomes; someone who enjoys being close to the detail, and even closer to the impact.**Responsibilities****Campaign Management:*** Plan, execute, and optimise always-on digital campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Bing with a primary focus on performance-driven objectives.* Own in-platform setup and day-to-day optimisation including bid strategies, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and budget pacing.* Manage allocated budgets with accountability for spend accuracy and weekly reconciliation against campaign plans..* Develop and execute a structured test-and-learn programme across creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies, documenting findings and applying them to future campaigns.**Social Media Management | Organic & Paid*** Own the day-to-day management of Zap Fitness organic social channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and any emerging platforms relevant to the brand.* Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar* Plan and execute paid social campaigns that complement organic activity* Collaborate with the Zap Marketing Manager to brief content requirements* Monitor organic channel performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness, reporting insights with a view to continuous improvement.**Tracking, Measurement and Martech*** Work closely with the appointed digital agency to ensure pixel and tag implementation is correctly configured across Meta, Google Tag Manager, TikTok, and any associated conversion tracking.* QA conversion tracking outputs on an ongoing basis, holding the agency accountable for data integrity before drawing optimisation conclusions..**Data Analysis and Reporting:*** Monitor and analyse campaign performance data weekly and monthly across GA4 and platform dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager), deriving actionable insights rather than surface-level observation.* Prepare regular reporting against agreed KPIs with clear commentary on what is working, what is not, and recommended next steps.* Maintain a test-and-learn log that tracks hypotheses, results, and commercial impact over time.**About You**You're a digitally fluent, 'on the tools' marketer, who is comfortable with digital implementation and can combine platform expertise, analytical thinking, and a test-and-learn mindset to optimise performance and uncover new opportunities for growth.**You bring:*** Hands-on performance marketing experience with demonstrated results across paid media campaign management and in-platform implementation and optimisation.* Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Bing — including setup, not just oversight.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data to insight to recommendation without being prompted.* Comfortable working with a digital agency on tracking and measurement, with enough technical literacy to QA outputs and hold partners accountable.* Experience collaborating within a brand marketing team and working to direction from a Marketing Manager.* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms and how paid media integrates with lifecycle flows.* An active user of AI tools in a marketing or performance context — whether for content, analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency — with the drive to deepen that capability over time as FLG continues to invest in AI-powered ways of working.* Highly self-directed, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and clear in how they communicate performance to non-specialist stakeholders.**In return we offer you*** Complementary Gym Membership, plus one for a friend* FLG is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance.
