Our team at Swanbank is looking for an experienced Workshop Foreperson to support the day-to-day operation of our workshop. This role is hands-on and focused on keeping our plant and equipment safe, reliable, and available - maximising uptime and reducing delays for the operation.
What you'll bring
* Trade qualifications with at least 5 years exposure across civil, road transport, mining or similar
* Successful track record of workshop supervision with proven leadership and coaching skills
* Proven client relationship development by proving superior service delivery effort
* Strong fault-finding skills and break down support
* Exposure scheduling maintenance over large geographically disperse areas
* Timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
* Computer literacy, with strong practical knowledge of Excel (Intermediate) & the MS Office suite, will be highly regarded.
