Busy, traditional style independent, customer focused pharmacy with old school values, but operated with a modern twist.
Privately owned and operated, you'll report directly to the store owner, rather than a BDM. Applicant's will have the desire to extend their business acumen and will be given every opportunity to progress their managerial and pharmacy practice knowledge.
Previous experience in stock control, ordering and liaising with company representatives will be highly regarded.
The role will suit a variety of applicants, from those wishing to further their knowledge and pharmacy to career, to those looking to have a senior role with more support and less responsibilities than their current role.
A flexible roster of 25-38 hours per week is available depending and applicant's needs and suitability. An attractive Salary will be offered commensurate with experience and ability.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
* Certificate II (or above) in community pharmacy.
* Previous experience as Managerial Pharmacy Assistant.
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required.
* Knowledge of 8CPA and QCPP claiming and Programs.
* NDSS and Webster Care systems.
* Ability to communicate exceptionally with staff, customers and company reps.
* Attention to detail, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional standards and integrity.
* Proficiency with MINFOS Point of Sale System.
* Be able to confidently and effectively participate in a fun, fast paced and customer focused work environment.
* Provide solution selling, while enhancing customer engagement and interaction.
