About Us

From aged care and disability services to housing, mental health, and community development programs, we work alongside individuals to maintain independence, strengthen wellbeing, and overcome life's challenges.

Our Sustaining Tenancies Program, funded by the Queensland Department of Housing, helps people at risk of losing their tenancy or exiting homelessness to secure and sustain safe, long-term housing.


The Role

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager – Sustaining Tenancies to provide strategic leadership to a dedicated team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring housing stability for individuals and families across Brisbane.

You will lead a team delivering comprehensive case management, practical assistance, and wraparound supports. Collaborating closely with government, community partners, and internal teams, you'll drive housing outcomes, reduce the risk of homelessness, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team delivering tenancy sustainment services.
* Oversee program delivery, ensuring outcomes meet client needs, funding requirements, and KPIs.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
* Provide program oversight including budgets, reporting, and operational improvements.
* Model and foster a trauma-informed, strength-based, and inclusive practice culture.


About You

You are a dynamic leader who thrives in complex service environments and is passionate about social justice. You will bring:

* Qualifications in health, social sciences, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher).
* Extensive leadership experience in human services, particularly housing, homelessness, or related programs.
* Strong skills in team leadership, supervision, and staff development.
* Demonstrated success building partnerships and collaborations that deliver meaningful outcomes.
* High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community-led solutions.
