E-commerce Executive
Lox & Chain is a global, design-led jewellery brand with a highly engaged community and strong international growth trajectory. We're in a focused scale phase and looking for an E-commerce Executive to own the performance and execution layer of our online business.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-ownership role at a brand that's already working -- with real revenue, real customers, and real momentum. You'll be working with a team that's equally obsessed with what the data is saying and what to do about it. You'll have the infrastructure to move fast and the trust to make decisions.
This is not a support role. You'll own outcomes.
What you'll own
Performance & analytics
* Weekly ecommerce reporting by country, built from Shopify and GA4
* Conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase, revenue by market, and top SKU performance
* Heatmap and session data (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) translated into clear priorities
* Spotting trends and risks before they become problems -- and acting on them
Site execution & project management
* End-to-end project management of Shopify improvements, CRO tests, PDP updates, and collection launches
* Keeping campaigns and drops live accurately and on time
* Holding timelines and owners across creative, ops, and dev
UX & CRO
* Identifying and prioritising friction across the funnel -- sizing, engraving, gifting, shipping, returns
* Running structured A/B tests and seeing them through to implementation
* Working with creative and dev to ship improvements, not just flag them
Lifecycle & retention
* Owning email and SMS performance in Klaviyo -- flows, segmentation, send cadence, and list health
* Keeping lifecycle activity aligned with stock availability and key trading moments
* Execution focus, not copywriting or design
Cross-functional
* Close coordination with Operations on stock, launches, and demand planning
* Partnering with Paid Media to ensure landing pages are doing their job
* Reducing founder involvement in day-to-day ecommerce by building clear, reliable ownership
What we're looking for
* 4-7 years in ecommerce, digital operations, or online retail
* Strong hands-on Shopify experience -- collections, PDPs, metafields, basic theme navigation
* Klaviyo proficiency across flows and campaigns
* Comfort with heatmap and analytics tools to diagnose what's actually happening on site
* You're not just comfortable with data -- you're driven by it. You know what good looks like in a Shopify dashboard, you notice when something's off, and you don't wait to be asked
* Someone who closes the loop -- not just flags issues but follows them through
* Sharp, organised, and reliable in a fast-moving environment
