The ideal candidate will be adept at overseeing the efficient flow of goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock is maintained for site and engineering resources.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a solid background in warehousing, procurement, or logistics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in inventory management in the construction or manufacturing sectors, we'd love to hear from you.Key Requirements:2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing warehousing, procurement, or logistics.Experience operating forklifts (current forklift license required).Familiarity with mining, construction, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.Skills & Knowledge:Proficient in inventory management systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.Sound analytical skills and good judgment with inventory-related decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Thorough understanding of warehouse functions and procedures.Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or a related field are highly regarded.Current valid Driver's Licence.Key Responsibilities:Organise and manage inventory and storage areas to ensure efficient store operations and consistent stock availability for site and engineering teams.Facilitate requisitions, quoting, and invoicing for both internal and external stakeholders.Perform accounts processing including raising job numbers, processing orders, and handling supplier invoices.Conduct monthly stock-takes, including generating count sheets, data entry, and ensuring all adjustments are approved.Assist in unloading/loading trucks, unpacking deliveries, labelling and packing stock, and fulfilling orders.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.Collaborate with Group WHS, Quality, and HR to meet targets and uphold policies.What We Offer:Full-time, stable employmentCompetitive remuneration packagePositive and supportive working environmentCommitment to personal growth and career developmentIf you feel you can make a valuable contribution to our team, please submit your application by submitting your resume and cover letter through the link provided.
