Our client, a very successful family law practice based in Maroochydore, are seeking their newest team member.
With a strong focus is on providing an exceptional level of care and personal attention to their clients, this role is crucial to the Team. The lawyers are recognised as leaders in their field and work with their clients to provide specialist advice in all family matters.
You will be the face of the firm, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, organising meeting rooms and managing a range of administrative tasks.
Duties will include:
Reception - answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
Greeting clients when they arrive for their appointment
General administration including scanning and data entry, photocopying, filing, and mail
Providing administrative support to the professional team including diary management, liaising with clients
Opening and closing files
About you:
Demonstrated experience in Reception / Administration - preferably in a law firm
Excellent attention to detail
Skilled presentation with a polite, courteous phone manner
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multitask.
