About the Role
As an Experienced High Volume Barista at Stellarossa Mount Pleasant, you will play a key role in delivering premium coffee and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced shopping centre environment.
You will be:
* Producing high volume, high-quality coffee with speed and consistency
* Dialling in grinders to the Stellarossa espresso recipe
* Preparing cold beverages and supporting general café operations
* Interacting with guests, taking orders, and providing friendly, efficient service
* Supporting your team during busy service periods
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident behind the machine who can handle peak periods with energy and professionalism.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience as a high volume barista in a fast-paced café
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Weekend availability is essential
* Positive, engaging and vibrant personality
