Job Description
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment begins in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.
Responsibilities
- Assist across multiple store areas from customer facing to back of house.
- Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Support the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.
- Assist with the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Note: Availability to work the peak period (September/October 2025 to February 2026) is required. You may be asked to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
Qualifications
- Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
- Enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused
- Strong communication with diverse groups of people
